         YES I HAVE FULFILLED THE PROMISE I MADE YESTERDAY, HERE IS A VERY SIMPLE WAY TO PREPARE AND RELISH ADALU – EPO….. ENJOY YOUR MEAL!


Recipe for 4 Servings
2 cup of beans{ brown or white}
2 cups of fresh maize
3 fresh red peppers {atarodo} {crushed}
2 cooking spoons palm-oil
3 tablespoons ground crayfish
4 smoked or dried mangala or panla fish {cleaned}
Salt and maggi to taste
1 large onion {sliced}
5 fresh tomatoes [blended}

ADALU – EPO  [CORN AND BEANS PORRIDGE
  ADALU -EPO is a very delicious Nigerian recipe that is common amongst the Yorubas. If you want to enjoy this meal, make sure you have plenty of fresh red pepper and palm-oil in the kitchen.
