Two Nigerian teenage prodigies by the name of Eveshorhema Samuel-Alli and Ibukunoluwa Oladeinde, have reportedly come up with a way of treating mouth odour with the African walnut.

The two Nigerian students who attend Doregos Private Academy, Ipaja, Lagos conducted research on the African walnut and discovered that it can also fight against Halitosis asides improving men’s reproductive health and ensuring a healthier body system.
Eveshorhema revealed that they were on a school trip to a rural area in Nigeria where the host community served them walnuts. Upon waking up in the morning, she realized her breath still smelled fresh and that prompted her to conduct research on it.
According to her “When I woke up in the morning, I hadn’t brushed my teeth yet but my breath was already fresh. Then I remembered I had eaten walnuts the previous night.”
To confirm if it was the walnut that was really at play, she consumed more nuts the following night and again she wok up with fresh breath. She then decided to investigate this phenomenon further.
