Recipe for 3 servings
4 cups of minced meat
I large size of chopped onion
4 large sizes of chopped fresh tomatoes
3 large sizes of chopped fresh pepper
2 large sizes of chopped green pepper
1 pack of pasta
3 cooking spoon of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
¼ teaspoon of curry
½ teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of corn flour
Grated ginger and garlic
2 cups of stock
2 seasoning cubes
Salt and seasoning to taste
For beef sauce
Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions for one minute, add minced meat and fry further for ten minutes.
Add the tomato paste, pepper, tomatoes, curry, thyme, garlic, ginger and seasoning. Stir properly.
Dissolve the corn flour into stock and stir into sauce.
Add salt to taste then add in the green pepper and cook for one minute.
For the pasta
Put clean water in a clean pot and boil for two minutes.Add salt and vegetable oil.
When boiled, add the pasta and allow to boil for 10 minutes.
Sieve the water off the pasta and rinse with cold water
Put little oil in to the pot when dried, pour in the remaining green pepper, add salt and stir.
Pour in the boiled pasta and heat for one minute.
Your pasta and sauce is ready, serve and enjoy your meal.
