Raphael Duntoye veered off the course of his Engineering career in 1995 to follow his life-long passion for food and cooking. He joined Butlers Wharf Chef School and is today a Master of French Cuisines at La Petite Maison.
This protégé of Pierre Koffman has a worldwide culinary pedigree, evidenced by his elevated position at La Petite Maison’s chain of restaurants spanning the UK, USA, and the UAE. It’s been over 10 years since he started his own kitchen in Mayfair and created his defining menu.
