There are different types of suya  – goat meat suya, beef suya, gizzard, kiney, fish , chicken and even turkey can be used as to prepare suya.  Just make sure the suya is well spiced with enough  ginger, garlic , onions, tomatoes amongst others….

Then go ahead and enjoy the relishing meat!
