Bell peppers different colors. (Red, Green, yellow, orange) 1/4 of each
Onion 1 med size
Garlic (I love garlic so I used about 8 cloves)
Ginger 1/2 pc
Carrot 2 med sized
Roller beans (hand full)
You can add shrimps, meat or whatever u like. I didn’t have any of these that’s why it’s not seen in mine.
Olive oil (1 teaspoon)
Dice all the ingredients like fried rice veggies.
Place your sauce pan on fire and heat up a bit.
Add the olive oil and then two teaspoons of butter
Just allow to melt a bit.
Add the garlic and stir fry till slightly brown add the ginger and continue to stir fry.
If the pot is looking dry add a teaspoon of water.
Add the onions and continue to stir fry.
Add your seasoning, soy sauce, oyster sauce ensure your cooker is on low heat from start to finish.
Sprinkle your Himalayan salt then add the carrot and roller beans and if you have other meat or shrimps add and cover.
Allow to cook two minutes then add the bell peppers stir and add the cauliflower.
Stir and taste for salt.
Cover and allow cook three minutes.
The stir fry cauliflower fried rice is ready.
