Weekend Recipe: How To Make Fried Fish Gravy

The common idea is to have fried fish in our soup and  to serve along with a main course meal. but fish can also be served as a meal on its own. here we’ll tell you how to make a unique dish of fish;

The Fried Fish Gravy

Recipe for 4 servings
2 medium size fresh fish
3 fresh tomatoes [ground]
3 fresh pepper [ground]
1 onion (chopped)
Salt and seasoning to taste
2 tablespoons flour (for coating the fish)
5 cooking spoons vegetable oil

Preparation:
Heat the oil and add the ground tomato mixture. Allow to cook for 15 minutes. Add the seasoning and taste for salt. Remove from heat and set aside. Clean, and season the fish with salt and other seasonings. Roll in the flour and fry till golden brown. Combine with the stew and serve warm. A plate of white rice is ideal with this delicacy.
